Dog Licensing

If you are the owner of a dog 5 months of age or older, every year you must purchase a dog license from the City Treasurer. All dogs over 4 months of age are required to be vaccinated for rabies by a veterinarian and re-vaccinated one year later, and every three years thereafter. This is a STATE IMPOSED LAW. No dog license will be issued without RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE being presented to the treasurer.

If paying by mail, print and complete one dog licensing form for each dog you own and include with your payment. Also include a copy of the Certificate of Rabies and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Mail to the City Clerk at City of Sheboygan Falls, 375 Buffalo St., P.O. Box 186, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085-0186.
